Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 30% of the session fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
The scheduled treatment(s) will be lost on a prepaid package/membership.
We understand that emergencies happen please reach out if you need to discuss your situation. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our time and other clients.
Arrival for your massage: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. Early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Late arrival policy: We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of schedule appointment. In special cases, and when the schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. The original reservation fee will be charged.
